Meet the Founder -

Bailey M. Taylor

With close to 15 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, Bailey has partnered with organizations ranging from high growth companies to more established environments, advising leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. She most recently served as HR Director at a Tampa based firm, where she worked closely with the executive team to address challenges related to turnover, engagement, and leadership consistency. Currently she sits on her local SHRM board of advisors.

Bailey holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is a SHRM-CP certified HR professional. Her approach combines data-informed strategy with practical, real-world application—helping organizations build stronger teams, develop effective leaders, and create systems that support long-term success.

She is also a certified alignment coach and brings a unique ability to bridge business strategy with human behavior, enabling leaders to drive both performance and engagement within themselves and their teams.
